The day before Thanksgiving is always a day filled with stress/anxiety. Whether we are preparing meals, fighting the holiday traffic, navigating delicate conversations or just having a hard time finding the right outfit to wear (cute, but definitely allows for food expansion lol). With all of this going on, it is truly important to pause and take a break to tune in to what and who we are truly grateful for. God says: Be joyful, always pray, and be thankful in all circumstances. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. This Pre-Thanksgiving day let's set our hearts intention to be mindful of the place we are today and to show our gratitude for the people and experiences that have shaped us along the way. For me: I am most thankful for a growth mindset (improving my weaknesses) and the ability to be present mentally, physically, and emotionally (unplugging from all distractions & recharging).
